HOW WE STARTED
In 2013, Arth embarked on its journey with a clear mission: to apply proven design and build consultancy practices that bridge the gap between vision and reality. By 2015, we began integrating cutting-edge construction technologies, setting the stage for greater innovation. As the company expanded into Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Dubai from 2016 to 2018, we established ourselves as a trusted name in the industry. The opening of our Singapore office in 2018 marked a new chapter, where we continued to enhance service excellence.
In 2019, we secured significant LTA and DfMA projects, cementing our role as a digitalization partner for modern construction. Following this success, we began working with top-tier real estate developers across India, further strengthening our presence in the domestic market.
By 2022, we expanded into the US market, continuing our pursuit of innovation with advanced technological offerings. Our future roadmap is focused on pioneering solutions like Digital Twin technology and the Internet of Things (IoT), ensuring we remain at the forefront of digital construction and asset management.
